At PogoBox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and supporting information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
For international orders, original shipping fees are non refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any customs duties or taxes related to the return.

EXCLUSIONS AND MARKET VOLATILITY
Due to the nature of trading card products and market price fluctuations, we do not accept returns on opened boxes, individual packs, or single cards. Any product that has been opened or tampered with is not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@PogoBox.org
 so we can resolve the issue.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
